360 Bar and Dining has launched The Highest High Tea at STUDIO Sydney Tower, available on the last Sunday of every month.
Perched 305 metres above the city CBD, STUDIO offers 220 degree breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and beyond, inviting guests to indulge in a luxurious high tea experience from new heights.
Masterfully created by Head Chef Elton Inglis, the High Tea menu will feature decadent savoury creations like Salmon Rillettes and Croque Monsieur, and alluring sweet delicacies like house made Macarons and Canelés.
“Launching this High Tea series has been an exciting opportunity for me to design a menu that puts a modern twist on the classic High Tea” said Elton.
“On top of crowd favourites, guests can also look forward to a premium selection of substantial dishes such as Sticky Lamb Ribs and Pulled Pork Brioche Slider, perfect for an early brunch or late lunch.”
The Highest High Tea is priced at $79 per adult including a glass of champagne, with the option to upgrade to all you can drink champagne for $120 per adult.
Served on the last Sunday of every month, starting from 30 July, there are two seatings available, from 11:00am to 1:00pm and from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
