480 Hay Street, Perth
Rochelle Adonis, located in bustling Beaufort Street Highgate, is pretty as a picture and so is their mouth-watering high tea. For the traditionalists out there are still a lot of high tea elements you will recognise. For starters the pretty individual china place settings and the first course is cucumber and dill ribbon sandwiches. A special mention to the white bread that was so squishy it actually melted in your mouth, seriously.

Origins, Pan Pacific Perth
It might well have been the free flowing sparkling wine, or the endless pots of tea; perhaps the polished staff and silver – and the fine china – but the high tea at the Pan Pacific felt special. There was enough deliciousness of savoury and sweets – and maybe I am practiced in not eating prior to going to a high tea – but I didn’t feel like a glutton on leaving. It was enough and not surplus. This high tea receives a gold star for silver service.
