Traditional High Tea
Indulge in a variety of both sweet and savoury dishes, in addition to freshly baked scones with double cream and homemade jams.
Savoury delicacies include tiger prawn cos hearts, smoked salmon and caviar, salami, olive and tomato, turkey and cucumber brioche, honey ham and pastrami.
Artful sweets include hinterland wild mixed berry tart, mango passion cheesecake, chocolate macadamia brownie, JW macaroon, signature choux bun, strawberry and vanilla cream and chocolate bonbon.
Including a glass of sparkling or Champagne, freshly brewed coffee and a beautiful selection of teas.
