Ingredients

  • 680 Grams
    supreme flour
  • 5 Grams
    salt
  • 50 Grams
    sugar
  • 180 Grams
    butter
  • 40 Grams
    baking powder
  • 350 Grams
    milk
  • 60 Grams
    whole egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C

  2. Combine the Flour, Salt, Butter and Baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Minutes on a slow speed.

  3. Then add the milk and eggs

  4. Combine until mixture turns into dough

  5. Let it rest for 20 minutes

  6. Roll into the thickness of your liking.

  7. Cut with a round cutter

  8. Bake at 180 C for 12 minutes.

    Scones in the oven
