Created by Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh, The Heritage Royale Afternoon Tea menu is a homage to Singapore’s rich cultural tapestry, blending local and international flavours.
The Chilli Boston Lobster Roll is a savoury standout and the perfect balance of spicy Singapore-style lobster and a briny pop of salmon roe, encased in a buttery brioche bun. Another highlight is the Signature Kaya Jam and Foie Gras with pickled Kumquat, Marron Glacé on top of a Chilli Macaron. This flavour combination is creative and unusual – but it works.

On the sweeter side, the 24-carat Gold Banana Genoa Cake, with its layers of caramelised banana, milk chocolate, caramel cream and crowned with edible gold, makes it as visually stunning as it is delicious.
Traditionalists will also appreciate the freshly baked English Buttermilk Scones, served with Devonshire clotted cream, pandan coconut preserves, and organic rosewood honey—a delightful fusion of classic and local elements.
The experience is elevated with two flutes of champagne and Sorbet and Gelato from the Ice Cream Trolley, finishes off a truly indulgent afternoon that pays tribute to heritage and luxury.
