Indulge in Chapter & Verse high tea served in a luxury tropical oasis at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. A resort tradition created by our culinary team using local ingredients sourced from the Gold Coast Hinterland. Each homemade product is inspired by the echo of birds in the peaceful and tranquil environment surroundings.
Chapter & Verse is famous for crafted cocktails, served with local knowledge and quality ingredients.
Indulge in the traditional high tea with a variety of both sweet and savoury dishes, in addition to freshly baked scones with double cream and homemade jams.
Savoury delicacies include tiger prawn cos hearts, smoked salmon and caviar, salami, olive and tomato, turkey and cucumber brioche, honey ham and pastrami.
Artful sweets include hinterland wild mixed berry tart, mango passion cheesecake, chocolate macadamia brownie, JW macaroon, signature choux bun, strawberry and vanilla cream and chocolate bonbon.
Including a glass of sparkling or Champagne, freshly brewed coffee and a beautiful selection of teas.
Chapter & Verse high tea is available everyday 11am to 3pm.
