A Touch of Elegance: Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast.

I had the privilege of attending the Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast. This High Tea not only tantalised the taste buds but also supports a noble cause. With $5 from each booking going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Nestled on the shores of Main Beach, the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is a tranquil oasis that epitomises premium resort living. The moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted by the mesmerising vista of the pool and expansive ocean views.

The Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea was served in the elegant surrounds of Pearls Bar. It’s the perfect setting for indulging in an afternoon of High Tea and conversation, with a delightful view across the pool towards the ocean.

The high tea menu was a harmonious blend of sweet and savoury creations. We savoured delectable treats like the Rose & Vanilla Éclair, Raspberry Opera Slice, and the exquisite Lemon Curd Tart with toasted lime marshmallow. The Spiced Mooloolaba Prawn Cocktail, Prosciutto & Pear Remoulade, Turkey & Cranberry Mayo, and Spinach & Feta Quiche delighted our palates with their balance of flavours.

Of course, no high tea would be complete without homemade scones, which were served with vanilla clotted cream and a luscious strawberry compote. To complement these dishes, we were offered a glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Rosé NV Champagne, unlimited herbal teas and fresh coffee.

The Pink Ribbon Spring High Tea at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast, is a culinary experience that’s not to be missed.
