The High Coffee offers flexibility in pricing, starting at $72.50, which includes flowing tea and coffee. For an extra touch of luxury, patrons can opt for a TWR cocktail at $95 or elevate the experience with two hours of free-flowing beverages for $140, featuring a selection of sparkling, white wine, red wine, bottled cider and beer.

The savoury selection boasts culinary craftsmanship, featuring Truffle & Forest Mushroom Arancini, Gourmet Egg, Chives & Sweet Corn Finger Sandwiches, and the ever-popular Angus Beef Sliders.

With hand-crafted patisserie treats ranging from Mini Cherry Gateaux to Chocolate Cigars and Coffee Madeleine.

Notably, the High Coffee menu leans towards the sweeter side, offering a departure from the conventional high tea experience.

Additional cocktails can be ordered for $22.50 each. I enjoyed the Caramel Espresso Martini, it was delicious. There’s also The Symphony and Pain Au Chocolat cocktails available.

It’s important to note that the Birdcage High Coffee does not include scones, deviating from the traditional high tea structure.

Reservations are a must, and the experience is exclusively available Thursday through Sunday from 12 to 3 pm.

The Birdcage High Coffee at TWR offers a refined and sweet twist on the classic high tea experience. With its inviting atmosphere, delectable menu, and the option to enhance the experience with cocktails, it proves to be a memorable indulgence for those seeking a sophisticated afternoon treat.
