Yes, folks, brace yourselves for the Aperol Spritz takeover at the QT Sydney’s famed QTea High Tea, where tradition meets a zesty twist that’ll make your taste buds tango.

Pâtissier Adriano Zumbo has carefully curated a collection of culinary curiosities that will ruin a typical High Tea for you forever.

The free-flowing Aperol Spritz QTea High Tea is $120 per person. With five sweet, four savour items and scones served on a rotating high tea stand. This high tea is not only delicious and buy also generous. This limited edition affair is only available until the 1st of March 2024.

Picture this: You’re lounging in a plush chair, contemplating life’s mysteries, when suddenly, a parade of sweet and savoury delights descends upon your table.

Now, let’s talk about flavour. We’re not just talking about your run-of-the-mill finger sandwiches and scones here. No, sir! Zumbo has orchestrated a symphony of taste. Each bite is a revelation, with the unmistakable zing of Aperol dancing on your palate like a tipsy ballerina.

A special mention goes to the warm Crispy Pulled Beef with guacamole and lime. The highlight from the sweet selection was the Yuzu and Strawberry Meringue Tar, featuring strawberry compote, yuzu curd and strawberry yuzu meringue.

Oh, and a word of advice: if you’re the type who needs a bit more lumbar support while indulging in your culinary escapades. Simply request table and chair seating at the time of booking, and you’ll be sitting pretty.

  • Kyoto Dreaming – Green Tea Choux, Pistachio Crème Patisserie, Mandarin Jam
  • Yuzu and Strawberry Meringue Tart – Strawberry Compote, Yuzu Curd, Strawberry Yuzu Meringue
  • Night Walker – Chocolate Macadamia Brownie, Salted Caramel, Coffee Malt, Whipped Ganache
  • Zumbarons – A Selection of Zumbaron Flavours
  • Sconez – Adriano’s Twist On a Scone with Tasmanian Strawberry & Lemon Myrtle Jam & Clotted Cream

With free-flowing Aperol Spritz and a selection of loose leaf teas available. A plant-based/vegan menu is also available. For any dietary or allergen requirements, please advise at the time of  booking.
