Best High Tea in Adelaide:

The Queen of Adelaide

The Queen of Adelaide High Tea takes place in the iconic Early Settler building on Grote Street. It is the perfect setting for this high tea with velvet lounges and chandeliers on display in store. Owner Carolyn Hardlitschke’s attention to detail is outstanding. From the silver napkin rings to the gold cutlery, she doesn’t miss a beat. The Queen Adelaide High Tea is classy and classic.

High Tea at Sôl Rooftop Adelaide
High Tea at Sôl Rooftop Adelaide

Sôl Rooftop, Skycity Adelaide

It is very easy to get swept up with the views of the Adelaide Hills, Adelaide Oval, and the city skyline. Sôl Rooftop Restaurant and Bar has just that on level nine of Skycity Adelaide. The Sôl Rooftop High Tea is as indulgent and flavoursome as the views with everything made on site from mainly local South Australian ingredients.

Tealicious Cakes

Tealicious Cakes serve a traditional High Tea in the historic town of Williunga, South of Adelaide in the scenic Fleurieu Peninsula. The traditional High Tea at Tealicious Cakes fits in well, as it is classic and not one detail was missed. From the floral vintage teacup sets to the pastel pink coffee maker; it was extremely pretty and fresh and tasty too.

High Tea At Glen Ewin Estate
High Tea At Glen Ewin Estate

Glen Ewin Estate

The history of Glen Ewin Estate began in 1843 where George McEwin began planting fruit trees and vines. In 1891 the production of wine ceased, and Glen Ewin Jams began. The Jam label was purchased by IXL in the 80s. The Wauchope’s bought the derelict estate in the 1990’s and gave it life again as a premier wedding venue and Bistro Cellar Door where local produce and local wines are served.
