With only five ingredients and no-baking, this is an easy to make recipe for your next High Tea at home. This is an already impressive-looking tart, but you can upgrade it by adding fresh strawberries, raspberries or chocolate shavings.

Oreo Crust:

  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

Ganache Filling:

  • 408g dark chocolate
  • 200g heavy cream

Finished:

  • Fresh strawberries or raspberries

 


Instructions

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
    Pour in butter and pulse until mixed well.

  2. Press the crumb mixture into a 9-inch tart pan and place in the fridge.

  3. Prepare ganache by boiling the cream in a saucepan and pouring in dark chocolate.
    After a couple of minutes, start stirring with whisk until it become a silky texture.

  4. Pour ganache into prepared crumb base and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.

  5. Serve with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
