Sail the Bay with Searoad Ferries, by crossing from Sorrento to Queenscliff (or Queenscliff to Sorrento) and enjoy a High Tea on the High Seas with a selection of exquisite sweet and savoury treats as the magical scenery slides by.
The High Tea on the High Seas is a perfect way to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasion and offers itself as a great experience for a relaxed day out from Melbourne with the family.
Cruise the magnificent Port Phillip Bay on the Queenscliff – Sorrento Ferry on a leisurely 2-hour return sailing. Sail past natural and historic icons of the bay such as Popes Eye, Point Nepean National Park, Queenscliff’s Black Lighthouse, Portsea’s Millionaires Walk and amazing clifftop mansions. If you are lucky, you may even spot wildlife such as dolphins, seals, birds and whales!
Indulge in a bespoke menu designed by our Head Chef and made with regional produce from both the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas. Your experience will include a selection of sweet and savoury delights served on a tiered platter plus a glass of local sparkling wine, pot of tea or barista made coffee. And of course, no high tea would be complete without fresh scones, house made jam and thick cream.
During school holidays we also offer our ever popular “Kids High Tea” for the little ones. Kids can enjoy a children’s version of our regular High Tea including a tiered platter of sweet and savoury treats, soft drink, juice or hot chocolate, whilst mum and dad or grandparents will receive our usual High Tea offering. Kids can look for dolphins, visit the playground and have their face painted.
If you are looking to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special occasion, private sittings can be arranged 7 days a week for groups of 20+ people.
